Is there a way to change the default dial by name instructions from "Enter first name followed by #" to "Enter first letter of first name followed by #"?

Is there a folder I can get to and what is the sound file format?

I dont think so..... the files are all rather un-user friendly names. Someone might know.....

Watch the system in monitor and see what file it plays, I am sure one of the filters will show what clip/file is played. Recording one in the correct format will be the challenge
