Embedded Mail Auto Attendant not clearing down.

Embedded Mail Auto Attendant.
3300 MCD4
Problem with unanswerd calls to the attendant not clearing.

Incoming calls on Euro Isdn non DDI.
Routed to 300 Day and Night
300 is Hunt Group, This is Call re-routed to 700 (Mail) Day and Night.

System plays message "Dial extension required... wait for Attendant..etc"

Attendant Vmail is set 0 to 400 (muticall key on 3 x 5330 sets).
Voice mail option set to unsupervised transfer.

All works O.K. and attendant gets calls on 400. Problem is when incoming caller clears down before attendant answers. Calls stays ringing on multicall key untill recall timer on trunk expires.
Any ideas please on how to stop call ringing when incoming caller clears.

sounds like a disconnect supervision problem. check your trunk options.what type of trunks do you have?
 
Sorted problem, there were also some analog lines on system, changed setting for these, and changed to supervised transfer.
