Hi all,
Our main client has the habit of sending us e-mail with embedded images instead of attachments. When they do this we get the following message appended to the e-mail:
(Embedded image moved to file: pic31101.pcx)
Usually, but not always, we are not able to read these .pcx files. They open, but read as black blobs in Photo Shop.
Our client uses Lotus Notes and they are convinced it is a problem on our end. They are getting annoyed by our constant requests to attach the image rather than embed it.
Is there something I can do with our Exchange Server to allow these embedded images to come through properly?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Dale Echnoz
