I am using pagemaker 7.0a to create my book. I export to PDF and everything looks ok, but the doc file it creates lists three fonts that it cannot embed, so my printer at LuLu.com will not except the file. How can I find the offensive fonts in the document and convert them to something else, or how can I force them to embed? The fonts in question are Bookman light, Times-bold, and Times-Roman. I have checked my pagemaker file but can't find them in the document. Would I gain anything by using the stand-alone Acrobat 7 or 8?

I'm assuming you're using Windows.

Run Save For Service Provider, which will check the fonts used, and there are other suggestions (such as font could be embedded in an imported AI or EPS file) in this FAQ:
