As the title says, we have an embedded auto attendant and the morning and afternoon auto attendant is working but in the evening the out of hrs auto attendant isnt working. Its just a dead air even though we already tested the shortcode *8301 and the announcement was there.

Ive also setup a time profile which is office hours and out of office hrs.

For morning and afternoon = office hours
For evening = out of office hours.

You can't have a stop time beyond 11:59pm. Change your Out of Office time profile to this:

6:31 pm to 11:59 pm Monday to Friday
12:00 am to 7:59 am Monday to Friday
12:00 am to 11:59 pm Sunday, Saturday

Oh, and a better way to approach a Day and Night automated attendant is to make 2 of them, put your recording in the "Menu Options" locations (*8401 and *8402). In your Incoming Call Route, set the Destination for the Default Value to the Day AA, then underneath that, select the Out of Office time profile and set the destination to the Night AA

As TTT stated please create separate auto attendants don't try to use the morning afternoon and evening profiles that is not what they are actually there for. I always explain to customers what the morning afternoon and evening are really for is think of a restaraunt:

morning greeting: We are now serving breakfast. menu options: press 1 for front desk 2 for manager
afternoon greeting: We are now serving lunch. menu options: press 1 for front desk 2 for manager
evening greeting: We are now serving dinner. menu options: press 1 for front desk 2 for manager

So unless you want the first part of your greeting time based but the menu options part the same you should be using a different auto attendant. If you try to use say morning for day and evening for night you can't have different selectors for day and night, you can't have different fallback destinations for day and night (using time profiles), you can't replay the morning afternoon and evening greetings, and when you transfer from one auto attendant to another it skips straight to the menu options...

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
