Hi
I've been on this prob for quite some time now and just cannot work it out. We have a group of users who all use Visio and Word. Within Word they tend to embed their Visio diagrams for whatever documents they are creating. The problem is that when printing the document, only the outline of the visio doc is seen. There is clearly text etc on it when using print preview or simply looking at the document.
Strangely, it works ok on my own PC with or without visio installed. I have updated the printer drivers on the server and replaced them locally successfully, with no difference. My PC still prints it all ok.
Both Visio and Office have been removed and re-installed.
I even sat and compared dll file versions (which was great fun)
I don't want to rebuild as there are about 7 users, and it would be too time consuming (not that it hasn't already been...)

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thx, yes it is checked.
What I have found though, is that instead of printing "nothing but borders" it kinda looks like the text is printing "white"...
Have no idea what's going on there :)
Thx again
