Embed TV in a webpage?

Hi,

We are working on a system that will display content from our content management system on a plasma screen. Its basically a set of frames that pulls web pages into a browser windows and that is shown on the plasma screen.

What we would like to do is also display live tv from a video card into a webpage to be included in one of the screens.

Anyone any ideas or have i posted in the wrong place?

I'd start by checking to see if the software that comes with the TV card includes any sort of browser plugin / components.
