I have a person's name in text (this name can change). I want to embed the name as speech within a flash animation video. I am assuming some text to speech component here. I am hosting the site on a windows server. Any recommendations on this? Essentially, the flash video would take the name, convert to speech and use it within the video. Thanks in advance.

You could also use free TTS framework Festival: But I'm not sire if this works on Windows server.
