Embed File

I have a CRM package that I developed. I am wanting to extend the user the ability to embed (not link as this will be replicating to remote users) documents into a table. Currently I have a test form that I am playing with the notion of embedding. The form is called frmTest. The table is called tblEmbed. The fields are fldDoc (which is set to an OLE type) and fldDesc for a description of the file). What would I add on the form that will allow me to navigate to the file location and select the file to embed. Ultimately, I would like to be able to double-click on the field once the file is embedded and the file open up.

Scratch it. Found it with the following code on a button.
[fieldname].Action = acOLEInsertObjDlg

Worked perfectly.
