Embed a PDF form within another PDF using VB.Net

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question so apologies if not!

I'm using Visual Studio Professional 2013, specifically VB.Net

I have what will be a PDF form, which I want to be able to embed within other PDF's via an executable attached to a hot-key. The amended PDF will be renamed and saved with the embedded form completed by the user.

Has anyone any knowledge of how to do this programmatically and if so, could point me in the right direction or show me some example code?
