Emails won't send...DNS Problem?

[pwrmngr]

This is the error we get when a someone fills out a form on our webserver and hits submit.

Windows 2000 server and NO exchange server.

I have rid the error but am getting this

I still am unable to get the forms to send emails.

Any help would be great.
