Emails Showing HTML Coding

Hi,

We are running Goldmine 8.03 and we are having an issue when there is an email sent to multiple people. Whenever there is an email sent to mutliple people from goldmine, and a user is added to that email that is not part of the domain (ie, sister company) they will recieve the email in HTML Coding, and is unreadable. If the email is re-sent, but only to the person outside the domain, the email comes through just as it should. I have been unable to find any information on this through my research, so I am hoping someone may be able to help here. Here is a small section of an email someone recieved in HTML Coding, as you can see, hard for someone to find the message within:

Upgrade to 9.2.1.92 if you are still current on your Maintenance Plan. There have been many, many builds after the 8.03 build that have rectified many of the issue found in earlier builds.

Just an FYI: 8.03.80716 was released to the Public on July 16, 2008. We've had almost 5 years of updates since that build. Internet Explorer has gone from IE 6 to IE 10, Office from Office XP to Office 2013.

Ok thanks, I know we are planning to upgrade at some point this year, just there are a few projects ahead of it that are more important. Hopefully after upgrading some of our issues disappear. Thanks for your answer!
