Emails sent to groups

When I send a message to a distribution group that I belong to I get a copy of the message. Is there a way to make this stop? I don't need to see what I just wrote.

Exchange and Outlook 2003.

Not that I've seen.

Create a local distribution group in your own contacts that has the members you want.
