Emails Not received from Auto Senders

Hello all,
We've been experiencing a new issue, if people try to send to our office via an automated emails system, instead of composing a manual email message, sometimes we don't receive them.

What do the message tracking logs say? Does the sender get an NDR? We need more information.

The spam logs (error 5.71) don't make mention of the senders that are having issues. This is what they receive "#5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering"

So they meet the requirements for the anti-spam agent to NDR them. They're hitting something that's configured here:
