We've been experiencing a new issue, if people try to send to our office via an automated emails system, instead of composing a manual email message, sometimes we don't receive them.

The spam logs (error 5.71) don't make mention of the senders that are having issues. This is what they receive "#5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering"
