Hi All,
Been a while since I have posted and its been a while since I have worked on a BCM. I have a customer that has that has changed their email from a local server to office 365. they are using a proxy server on site and the voicemails are forwarding to the emails no problem but they are not deleting from mailbox as set. Any Ideas? Maybe a port blocked somewhere?
