I have a user whose emails are (since 22/12) moving themselves to a folder other than "inbox" even though he doesn't want them to. There is no rule setup to move emails. They appear in the inbox for 5 to 10 minutes then move to a folder called "Price Lists 05" while he isn't looking...
Any ideas ?

TIA

sorry - forgot to mention. We have an exchange 2003 server and outlook 2003 (in this case working in online mode on a laptop)

That is strange. Is this folder Price Lists 05 a folder that is part of a Personal Folder? Or is this folder part of the outlook Inbox?

thanks for the reply, the folder is a subfolder of the user's mailbox on the same level as Inbox. Even stranger is the fact that this has now stopped happening!!
Myself and my manager checked all options and account settings and found nothing even though it was still going on but when the user logged on next day it went back to normal.
I guess we'll never know what happened.
