emails in Sent items get disappeared/truncated in Entourage v.x

Hi,
One of my users sent items are disappearing or getting truncated in Entourage v.x on Mac os x 10.3. It doesn't happen to all email, just some of them.
We are using Exchange 5.5 SP4
Any idea ??

That doesn't work with Exchange 5.5
