Emails In MIME Format

Hi,

I have an user that keeps getting complaints from external recipents that her email are received in MIME format. This problem occurs only recently. Nobody else has the same problem. She is using Outlook 2007 and our email platform is iMail.

It's not that they are received in MIME (this is normal), it's that the MIME is being displayed instead of decoded.

I've seen a number of things cause this.

For the person receiving the emails:
1. Outlook 2003 on Vista has (or had, not sure if it's fixed) a known issue that does this... especially with a BCC
2. Anti-virus or anti-malware malfunctions
3. ISP issues

For the person sending:
Make sure compose is set to HTML and not RTF
