One of our marketing girls has been asked to create HTML formatted emails to send to clients. It took here a few weeks to get compfortable with HTML and styles and how IMG tags work, but finally she has created a fantastic HTML email (well, for a beginner) with external picture links, etc.
She then inserts this into Outlook or Word 2003, and it all falls apart! Word and Outllok force their fonts and such onto the email body and it messes it all up!
I tried some tweaking and trying to help by using stationery and such, but we just can't do it.
Can anyone help? How can we get Word or Outlook to leave the HTML code alone? Perhaps use an iFrame?
Thanks in advance,
Will
