Emails going to trash

I have a user that has some emails go directly to trash without her reading them. We diabled all her rules and I don't see any thing out of the ordinary. Has any one ever had this problem before?? Excahnge 5.5 with Outlook 2000

any similarities between these emails? or is random? did you try recreating her outlook profile or logging into another machine as her?
