I have a user, who uses Lotus 7, that is having emails that they drag to folders disappear after restarting notes. When restarting lotus the entire folder will appear empty. When I view the mail file from the server they show up properly in the folders. What is enabled or disabled on the users machine that prevents the folders from being displayed properly?

From the persons mailbox is there a button in the upper left hand corner that says "View Read"? Lots of people hit it by accident then after they move or read email they don't see them anymore. You want it to always say "View Unread". Yes I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but thats notes for ya
