Hi there,
I have an issue that is pretty mind bugling, so I hope you’re up for it. The problem we are having is when someone sends us an email with an attachment larger then 4mb the sender receives a non-deliverable email stating that the email was not successfully delivered due to storage space limits.
Now in the Exchange system manager, under Message Delivery properties, we have NO LIMITS selected. And I've also scanned through all other possible settings and properties and found nothing else that specified a filter or limit on the size of incoming email attachments.
I really hope that I've just missed something simple and that I won't have to resort to plan X which is reconstruct the entire server from scratch (ouch).
Thanks for your help in advance!
