Hi,
My user is having problems where most, not all, of her emails are not being recieved. The send/Receive completes and a test of the account settings all come back normal.
If you go on to her Outlook Web Access screen it shows that the emails are in her deleted items. They only show here and not in her Outlook program.
I've seen many posts similar but not exactly the same as my problem. There aren't any rules set and the NIS 07 incoming/outgoing scanning is turned off. I've checked the junk filter and found nothing.
The email logs on the server show that the email is being delivered to her mail box.
Any ideas would be great at this point
