Hi All
I have a strange problem with our email system. When forwarding or replying to a clients email (it only seems to be with this one client) we get their DNS suffix tacked on the end of our address. IE bob@domain1.com sends and email to joe@domain2.net. joe decides to forward this email to a colleauge but instead of his adress coming up as joe@domain2.net it will be joe@domain1.com.
Sorry if this is confusing, i find it very hard to explain this problem without actually showing it to someone. The main reason we would like to solve this problem is so that our emails forwarded within the company dont accidently get sent back to the client.
Thanks
