I have Windows 98/Office 2000 user who is connected through a VPN. Their Outlook is set up to connect to our exchange server. When they connect to the VPN and then open Outlook and go to the Inbox, messages open up and then disappear. The Inbox is progressively emptying. The messages are not going into the Deleted item folder - just disappearing???
