Emailing using VB 1

Hi
I need a program or something that can open a computers default email application and insert the email address and either make an attachment or paste info off of excel into the body of the email

Do you know what the default mail application is? for example there are different libraries needed for Outlook and Lotus.

Well I found this program which will open a default email program but I can't get it to put anything into the body of the email

ShellExecute hwnd, "open", Sponsor_Name, vbNullString, vbNullString, SW_SHOW

You can also directly email from VB. See the following FAQ in this forum for this:
