Hi. We have an automated report distribution system that emails reports to users. Rather than emailing separate copies of the reports to multiple people everyday, we would like to have all of the reports sent to one shared folder where everyone can go and view the reports to avoid junking up everyone's mailboxes. Currently, we have a rule setup on one account to automatically move any of the report messages to a shared folder but one of our managers wants to know if there is a way to not use a rule and just email the messages directly to the shared folder? Is this possible with GroupWise 5.5.4? Thanks.
