Emailing to all contacts of a company

I would like to email ALL the contacts of a company from Goldmine 6.5. Right now when I click on email, it is only emailing the primary contact fo that company.

How do I setup up Goldmine to email them all?

Yes, but if I pick that and there are 20 additional contacts on that company, I have to manually click 20 email addresses.

I want a one-click email to all contacts associated with that company.

You could force one with a Filter that filters on AccountNo, and then when you would activate the filter, send an email to everyone in the filter and include additional contacts.

GM doesn't have a function that does 'whole company' with e-mail

Sure it does.

--Select Lookup|Contact and find the contact to which you want to send your message.

--Hold down the Control Key and click that contact. You should notice that the title of the contact record is now '1 Tagged Record; Bob Smith' (assuming Bob's your contact).

Compose an e-mail, flip to the mail-merge tab (the fourth tab on the left side of the top of the e-mail composition window) and select to send the mail to the active contact filter and check both primary and additional.
