I have a report set up to run weekly on BOXI R2 to be emailed to about 15 people. Most people on the distribution list receive the report, however there are one or two who don't. Also, when the report is sent out and you look at the "To:" field on the email, it's cut the recipient addresses off after about 10 email addresses. Does anyone know hwy it would do this and why it may not email the report to only one or two people?

Hi,
There may be a limitation on the # of addresses for one instance ( are the ones who do not get the report always the same and are they at the end of the list?)

Perhaps your Mail administrator ( or you) can set up a mailing list with those names and then just email to the list name instead.

Another common problem is that if you send a report to 10 or more people in the TO field it can be blocked by Spam Filters either on the network, an external ISP or on the client's desktop.

Try creating multiple schedules in BLOCKS of Five (5) or so e-mails, and see if the clients get them OK.
