I need to email a report to multiple recipients. The recipient would be based on a table:

Cust# CustEmail
1 cust@email.com
2 someone@email.com
3 cust3@email.com

The report currently generates for all of our customers, and I have a 2nd that is a customer selection report. I'd like the email to only send the report to the appropriate customer(s) based on cust#. Is this out of the scope of Access? I don't want to have to create hundreds of separate reports for each customer. Is there some variable that could be called like in SQL?

"I don't want to sell anything, buy anything or process anything as a career. I don't want to sell anything bought or processed... or buy anything sold or processed... or process anything sold, bought or processed... or repair anything sold, bought or processed. You know, as a career, I don't want to do that."

Lloyd,
Love the quote - one of Cusack's funniest lines.
As to your question, you will probably need some more information to go with lespauls FAQ links. I have done this same thing and what I did was to export the reports to a temp folder (using DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, rptLeadCardsByRep", acFormatSNP, "C:\Temp\ & sName & ".snp") then email them using some of the functionality of the FAQ on mailing (-5705). For a more complete example using the CDO library see May 2006 Advisor Guide to Microsoft Access (online at Let me know if you need more help going this route.

clyde, your link seems to be what i'm trying to do, only i'm not a subscriber, any way you can send me the article?
