emailing problem 1

Hi there I'm new to this site but would appreciate some help if anyone can.
When I try to send email to a specific forum it does not allow it stating this;-

H3 error occurred while processing request /H3

h4 error diagnostic information H4

Error processing CFX custom tag.

The CFX custom tag CFX_CHRCK_EMAIL was not found in the custom tag database. (The database is stored under ALLAIRE\COLDFUSION\CURRENT VERSION\CUSTOM TAGS registry key.

Please be sure to add the custom tags to the database before using them

The error occurred while processing an element with the general of CFX_CHECK_EMAIL occupying the document position 12.1 to 12.8.

I would be eternally grateful if this means something to anyone out there who might feel inclined to help.

You might be better movin ghti spost to a more suitable forum such as an e-mail specific group
