I would like to email everyone in a database with a report that has their member information to verify. (there are child tables so I cant just do a mail merge in Word.) Anyway, I know how to set it up so that I can email each person seperatly, but there are over 100 members so I would like to set it up so that it loops to email each one. I am going to email as a RTF Word Doc not a snapshot. I am not much of a coder so can someone walk me through this in baby steps.
I will be using Outlook XP to email.
