Emailing HTML page within vbscript

I need to know how to email an html page from within script, vbscript or javascript, without sending the page as an attachment or sending a link to the page. I would like to be able to add a link to a page that says "email to someone" and it takes you to a form that asks for email address, etc. But I want the recipient to see the page in their inbox without opening an attachment.
