I have a FoxPro or Oracle database full of statistical data that I would like to send out to my bosses as e-mails in HTML format, so they are appealing to the eyes.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to easily convert the data to HTML from the tables?
Does anyone have any suggestions for easily inserting the HTML into the e-mail message body?

Import to MS Word or Excel or Access, then File, "Save as HTML". But then you might have to open the .htm file with a web browser to copy and paste to email, but this could be shortened by mailing a link to the .htm file.

I am hoping to set this operation up as a program run as a scheduled event, rahter than having user involvement. Any ideas about how to do this programmatically using VFP or Oracle with GroupWise?

I've done it with MS Access before. The Access tables were populated with SQL and FoxPro data by ODBC links. Reports were generated at time intervals by an Access macro and saved as html and a link on a web page brought up the report. The reports were at various intervals (10 minutes, hourly, daily, etc) and just replaced the last copy of the report on the web server, so the links just got the latest report. Just had to auto open the Access database on a server and keep it open for the macros to run.
