Emailing from BOEXIR2

I have several reports scheduled that run and send an email. Does BOEXIR2 retain that email anywhere???

It does not - but your SMTP service you use to email the reports from BOEXIR2 would retain them (MSExchange email server for example).

I doesn't retain the e-mail, but you can set it to retain a copy of the INSTANCE that generated the e-mail and the destination addresses for that INSTANCE.

The Body of the e-mail is not retained anywhere in .

It is our policy to CC every e-mail that BOE-XI (R2) generates to an e-mail account (eg. ReportTracking@MyCompany.net) for BOE-XI tracking. That way we always have a copy on file if someone says "we never got it...".

We retain about 6 months of e-mails.

Another approach is to use a tool such as PostCast Server Professional as your email server. All your emails are then stored in different tabs as outgoing, sent, bad, etc.
