A user can't email a report on our Citrix server if they haven't opened Outlook. It says there isn't a profile created for the user. Is anyone aware of a way to create the profile if its missing or to have Crystal email the report without having the user open Outlook first?

If you are using Crystal Reports on a Citrix server you need to be aware that this is not supported and a license violation.

If you are using Crystal Enterprise - then you can schedule a report to run and it's output to be emailed by CE - so the user does not have to physically email the report out.

Crystal Reports is a thick client tool with no email capabilities.

You may be confused by my note. We are only using the runtime dlls (according to license agreements) to generate a report in the viewer via a VB 6 application. We are not running Crystal Reports Developer on the citrix server. The viewer is what has the MAPI functionality I'm struggling with not the developer tool.
