Emailing documents from sharepoint

Hello all,

I have a sharepoint setup and I am using Document Workspaces for my projects.

When i have a completed document in the workspace, i want to be able to email that to a client straight from sharepoint, or have it open outlook with the document attached.

Is this possible?
