Emailing an InfoPath form link from SharePoint

Hello, SharePoint 2007
When I email the link of a InfoPath form and the reciever adds comments and clicks save, it does not save back in SharePoint but rather to the local C: drive. Any thoughts how I can get this to upload with the latest changes?
