Is it possible to have Access email specific users alerts that due dates are coming up, due or overdue? I have a database that is dealing with Request for Information tickets in the construction field. I have a form and a report created that our secretary enters the information into the form and then verbally tells an engineer in the office to fill in the specified information, once the engineer sends the information back to the secretary she prints out the report and sends it back to who sent it. I am looking for a way to have the secretary email the engineer the original information then if the engineer doesn't have the form completed by a specified date then Access will automatically send email alerts that the form is due. Is this possible??

Dumb question, is there a way in your database to send calendar items instead?

Sorry just trying to help.
