We use Access 2007 to generate reports (containing information in a database)in letter form that we send to clients also in the database. I'm trying to switch from letter form to emails. I can get the report and use SendTo to create the email but that requires retyping the address but would much prefer the address to automatically be inserted in the send to line of the email. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I didn't think this would be hard but haven't been able to figure it out on my own yet.
