email with text ,pictures and links

I am receving email from people I know.
It is really neat.
I would like to do the same thing.
As soon as open the letter.
A page is displayed.
With text ,pictures and links
I can do the same with photoshop.
Save it as a jpg.
The problem is that how do they make the links.
One more thing.
How do they center the picture.
Most of the times it is in the left side

I tried a few things from what you said.
The problem is I have to save this in jpg.
Unless there is another format I can save it in .
Because I did what you said in dreamweaver.
saved it as html.
When I send it as html the page does not open as the person opens the email.

From what franklin97355 said, it looks like this file has to be saved in format that works with all thes email programs.

Open a webpage in internet explorer and click File->Send page by e-mail.
If your Outlook settings are correct it'll send a copy of the page as you've described.

Although I don't have outlook and I use hotmail.
