Is it possible within Lotus Notes to send an email out to several people with option buttons to respond to a question. E.g. "Yes", "No", "Maybe". Upon the button being selected an email should be returned to myself indicating the option chosen by each individual.

I am new to Lotus Notes, but I know this was possible within Outlook.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

While in your email...

Go to Create / Hotspot>Button....
(I'm using R6 - If I remember correctly, R5 uses the same method)

You would then create a simple agent that sends the email.

Name and format your button.
Click on Add Action (Bottom middle of the screen)
Choose Send "Send Mail Message" from the drop down.
Create your message, filling in the appropriate information.

Click on the orignal email to continue editting/adding buttons.

Thanks. That's spot on what I wanted.

Cheers!
