My computer tech person was working with me to setup our Merlin Release 3.0 system with our Microsoft Exchange server which is running Windows 2000 Server using the unified messaging application. He followed the instructions in the installation and configuration manual and we ran into some snags connecting to the exchange server. Both he and I walked through the manual step-by-step several times AND we called the Avaya help number.
My question is...has anyone been successful with setting up the unified messaging application? If so, I may need to get my tech. person to give more details so I can talk intelligently (or least appear to be intelligent) with someone who can help us.
