Email via HTML

Is there a way to send an attachment with the "mailto" protocol??? Every site I have been on doesn't show any examples on how to do this. Basically what I need is a way to open a Microsoft Outlook Message with a specified file attached to it. If any one has any suggestions on how to do this I would really appreciate it...

You can't do it.. Not as far as I am aware anyway.

Imagine you visited my site and I automatically sent myself your password file from your computer..

Because thats how it works...one person can ruin something usefull for EVERYONE...
Umm, why not use CGI mail?? Can CGI mail have that kind of option?? You can maybe use an upload option (if CGI has that) and direct the user to find the file and then email it...not sure if that can be done or not... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
