The needing is that a email message entering the IPOCC initiates a voice call to a external number, is it possible ? (and eventually play a email reading via TTS)

Can you link an outbound call to an email?
The scenario is, customer emailing agent, during the exchange of emails the agent needs to call the customer. Is there something the agent can do to link the outbound call to the email chain?
