I have a Exchange 5.5 in the U.K. that just refuses to send mail to freeserve.co.uk and fsnet.co.uk accounts.

I recieve inbound mail from these domains and all other mail exits correctly. I have worked with my ISP and they are no help.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Your DNS server under TCP/IP property needs to be changed. Somehow your DNS server doesn't have updates of those hosts'ip so your email just sit in the queue until timed out. Even though you can ping those hosts and recieve email from them, try out different DNS numbers until your mail gets sent from the outgoing queue.
