Email Suspended in email queue - Help

Hi Folks,

I have HPs Network Node Manager installed on my network. It is configured to send an report via email to me daily, however I am not receiving these reports.

In the queue viewer of our exchange 2007 box I see my reports, which are suspended.

Here is the text that comes up, when I double click on the queue item.

I would sinerely appreaciate anyone assistance in resolving this issue.

Messages in the poison queue are usually there because they were being handled when some sort of instability was introduced to the system.

You can usually use the resume-message cmdlet to enable delivery of a suspended message in the poison queue:
