Email survey in "html form" style

Hello Tek Tippers,

I have a great data base for my street mag going on.

My problem with my email newsletter, i just want to be able to include a few qestions in a form style with check boxes, text feilds and menus so they can submit back to me.

I don't realy care if they come back to a CGI or just as an email would be fine

What do you intend to do about with email clients that do not display "HTML"? In your newsletter, can't you include a link to a survey on your site?

Also, using css with "HTML" email can be a headache:
