Email Subject Line using AOL

When I use the following html, it works just fine in IE or Netscape,,,,,but if I use AOL, and click on it...it opens a new email with the email address , but the subject line is emplty!!

<a href=&quot;mailto:XXXXX@XXXXX.com?subject=Job_Response_from_ color=&quot;000080&quot;>XXXXX@XXXXX.com</font></a>

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
