Because of new legislation my company is required to add a sub note to all emails showing our company name, registration number and address. I am using SBS2003 and exchange and cannot find anywhere to do this without adding it to everyones email signatures. Any help appreciated.

If you have some VB programming skills, you can set it up by following these directions:

There's no super-simple way to do it in Exchange2003 without buying a 3rd-party add-on. In Exchange2007 it's quite simple to do, but that's irrelevant here. Best place to look for a solution would be
I know that PolicyPatrol is a frequently used compliance tool that includes disclaimers and archiving. GFI's MailEssentials also includes the disclaimer feature. But check out that link, you'll see quite a few solutions listed.

I'm just about to start production testing SecurExchange Auto-content from Nemx.com. Worked well in my test environment and their tech support is excellent.

Worked out a lot cheaper for me since they price it by number of SMTP connectors rather than per user. Not sure if they do a cheaper version for SBS.

Doesn't have all the stuff that Exclaimer does and a little harder to configure but for my purposes which is purely disclaimers it worked out 3 times cheaper.

If you want to do auto-replies to some incoming e-mails though exclaimer is far better.

In other words if they were to cost the same I'd probably get exclaimer but if you are cash strapped look at Nemx.
